    • Deep breathing exercises. Inhale thru your nose and slowly exhale thru your mouth releasing all those negative toxins and energies. 
    • Meditation, find your favorite, more peaceful spot. Turn your phone off and take time to think and breath focusing on your body, mind soul working together to achieve one goal; balance. Teaching your kids to do this can be fun too!
    • Going for a walk. Working those muscles and releasing endorphins.  
    • Going outside and feeling the breeze. Reconnect with nature and appreciate what this big world has to offer! 
    • Walking outside without shoes, letting your toes touch the grass. this helps you feel grounded. Feeling grounding and secure will help with staying true to yourself. 
    • Essential oils. Use your favorite smells such as lavender or cedarwood to boost your energy or relaxation!
    • Journaling. This is a great way to track your progress and develop new goals toward your mental, physical, spiritual, emotional, and financial balance.
    • Find balance in everything you do. Don't work too hard and don't forget to relax. Too much of anything is never good.
